Mrs. Harlow was born Dec. 20, 1912 in Cheyenne County, Colo. She was a homemaker and an active member of Center Street United Methodist Church in Tucumcari. She was preceded in death by her husband, Quintin Harlow and two sons, Charles Riley and Clarence Riley. Mrs. Harlow is survived by three sons, Floyd Riley of Corona, Calif, Gilbert Riley of Mesa, Ariz. and Michael Riley of Las Vegas, Nev. and a brother, Carl Ambrosier of Colorado. Tom Broom will officiate services. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari. Helen blev gift med Quintin Ray Harlow, søn af Elbert James Harlow og Anna Petrine Hansen.
